Ok, I want more characters, 4 just isnt enough for me to get creative with! I have so many character ideas I want to make but dont want to delete the characters I have....only way to do this is to buy the game again?

You will have to buy it again, but you can go on-line and just buy another key code.

I have 3 accounts. Bought each one, just used the key code, 3 different e-maill addys.
Just have to chanhe e-mail addy each time we wish to access a diff account.

Dont know about WoW but EQ2 added 2 more chars first big update.

Maybe these guys will follow suit

Can't you associate all of your accounts under one email address? May I ask (honest curiosity) why three accounts/three email addresses?

Because the way the game is setup right now, you can only have 4 characters per email. If you add another key to your current account, which you can do, it won't increase the number of characters you can have, so you have to make a whole new account. The drawback being, that for PvP, anything you've unlocked on one account, is not available on the others.
